  • Read these labels for yourself. We did.

    • Toddler Chewable Vitamins
Ones with the least sugar, found at our local health food store. They are Seabuddies but are not shaped like sea creatures, and require chewing, therefore teeth.
    • Ak-mak crackers and breads
Looking for both protein and fiber, and finding no sugar on the nutritional label, we began buying these crackers.
    • Food from India our toddler loves
How spinach made it to the table.
    • Whole grain and Kamut pancake mixes
Sometimes we make our own from my spouse's practiced recipie, sometimes we eat them at restaurants, and the rest of the time we make these...
    • The favorite O's at our house are not O shaped, they're puffs
Compare the protein and fiber, the lack of sugar and salt. This IS our snack.
    • What are nut butters?

We've served it to die-hard penut butter lovers, who helped us finish the jar. The red label version is also good.
    • First things first - Leak proof nursing pads
I found these a secure means for keeping a dry blouse when it was absolutely necessary. I didn't use them all day, but I did for a night out at the symphony. My first understanding of the hipster phrase - no worries.
    • Pictsweet Vegetables
I read the labels and most often buy the ones that are seasoned, not "lightly sauced." The ingredients list "spices", but not "added flavors."
